    This License Agreement covers One Theme (a premium theme for
    WordPress 2.5 and higher) version 1.0. Help with activating
    One Theme can be found in the accompanying README.txt file.

    [:== SECTION 1 -- Product Delivery & License ===================:]

    [ Delivery ]
    One Theme is distributed in two parts; the software package itself
    (the zip file in which this file is located), and the Activation
    Key.

    The Acivation Key(s), will be emailed to the address provided by
    the Licensee upon successful purchase of the Software.

    Product Activation is necessary before One Theme will allow the
    use of its Contol Panel. Detailed instructions for activating One
    Theme can be found in README.txt.


    [ Grant ]
    One Theme Licensees are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable
    License to install and use the Product in accordance with this
    License on the basis of a single Activation Key per Domain (or
    Installation).


    [ Use ]
    1)   The Licensee shall use the Product as an Extension to
        WordPress 2.5 and above.

    2)   The Licensee shall not modify or prepare derivative works from
        the Product or Documentation.

    3)    The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, or disassemble the
        Product.

    4)   The Licensee shall not redistribute, sub-license, sell, lend,
        rent, lease, or otherwise transfer all or any portion of the
        Product or the Documentation to any third party except with
        express permission from One Theme or through the One Theme
        Reseller Program.


    [:== SECTION 2 -- Maintainance & Support =======================:]

    Upon the publication of a new version of the Product or
    Documentation, the Licensee shall be notified via email and
    notification will be displayed in the One Theme Control Panel.

    Zip files will be available on request through the Control Panel
    after a full validation of the Acitvation Key and a software
    integrity test has been performed.


    [:== SECTION 3 -- Warranty & Termination =======================:]

    [ The Warranty ]   
    The One Theme Warranty covers the software distributed in this
    package and this package only. It does not cover the platform it
    has been installed on. Whilst the One Theme support team may
    offer advice on resolving issues outside the scope of this
    agreement, they are not obliged to do so.

    [ The One Theme Promise ]
    Upon the discovery or reporting of any bug, or security hole
    by any One Theme Licensee, a patched version of One Theme will be
    released and made available to all One Theme Licensees within 20
    days. Great effort will be made to keep any details of all
    security holes private until the patch has been released.

    [ Refunds ]
    Refunds are managed by an external Payment Provider (PayPal).
    Whatever your reason for requesting a refund, a refunded
    transaction will result in any Activation Keys bound to the
    transaction in question being destroyed. Thus Rendering the
    Software unusable.

    [ Termination ]
    The following actions will violate your Activation Key,
    invalidate your warranty, and disqualify you from receiving
    future software updates or upgrades.

    1)   Tampering with the code in ot_plugins/theme-functions.php
        or ot_plugins/control-panel.
   
    2)   Attempting to use the same license on multiple WordPress
        installations / One Theme installations.
         

    [:== SECTION 4 -- Limitations of Liability =====================:]

    IN NO EVENT WILL ONE THEME BE OBLIGATED OR LIABLE (WHETHER IN
    CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY
    OR OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION) FOR THE COST OF COVER OR FOR ANY
    INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
    LIABILITIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF REVENUE,
    PROFIT OR BUSINESS), EVEN IF ONE THEME OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR
    REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
    DAMAGES. ONE THEME'S LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY,
    TORT OR OTHERWISE, AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAULT, NEGLIGENCE,
    REPRESENTATION, STRICT LIABILITY OR PRODUCT LIABILITY OF ONE THEME
    ) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WITH REGARD TO ANY PRODUCT, DOCUMENTATION,

ที่เป็นตรงนี้คือเรายังไม่ได้ Activate License นะครับ เข้าไป

อันนี้ใส่ไปมั่วๆเลยครับ ในReadme เค้าบอกว่า "Enter anything into the license key box provided and click "Activate"."
