I am so very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your September payment.

In researching the situation I have found that the information provided in our last correspondence was not correct. It appears that due to a technical issue your payment of $x186.34 was issued via check instead of the selected direct deposit.

The check was mailed out on September 22, 2011 and should arrive by November 14, 2011.

If you still wish to receive your payment by direct deposit, we'll be happy to reissue your payment as a direct deposit. However, this process can take up to two weeks before the payment is reissued as the desired payment type. If you would like to do so we just ask you destroy the check as there is no need to return the check to us. Otherwise you can await the receipt of the check as an acceptable payment type.
