ติดอยู่ 1 account ค่ะ (มีหลาย account) แต่ account นี้เค้าขยาย list ให้ลงได้เยอะๆ เลยอยากแก้ค่ะ account อื่นปกติ ไม่โดน
mail คุยกันไปมา 5 วันแล้วค่ะ ตอบไปกลับประมาณ 3-4 รอบได้แล้วค่ะ  

ตอนแรกคิดว่ามาขอ หลักฐานบัตรประชาชน บิลค่าน้ำค่าไฟ ซึ่งเราให้ไปแล้วทำไมเรายังโดนอีก
เค้าตอบกลับมาว่า มาขอ invoice ดูว่าเราซื้อสินค้ามาอย่างไร และดูว่ามีลิขสิทธิ์หรือไม่ เราทำ dropship ค่ะ ซื้อจากเว็ปจีนส่งไป ตอนแรกเรา capscreen หน้า my order ในเว็ปจีนให้เค้าดู เราจ่ายเงินผ่าน credit card ส่งสลิปให้ดูได้มั้ย เราไม่รู้จะหา invoice ที่ไหน เค้าก็ OK

เรื่องของแท้ไม่แท้ มีเมลล์นึงเราคุยกับเค้าตอนตี 4 เราบอกเราถ่ายรูปยี่ห้อให้ดูได้มั้ย เค้าก็ยืนยันอยากได้ invoice ไม่เอารูปถ่ายยี่ห้อ

แต่ผ่านมา 5 วัน กลับมาจุดเริ่มต้นใหม่อีกแล้ว

ใครเคยผ่านเคสแบบนี้บ้าง แก้อย่างไรคะ เพราะร้านจีนพูดไม่รู้เรื่อง เค้าไม่ส่ง invoice หรือหลักฐานต่างๆให้เราค่ะ
เสียลูกค้ามากเลยค่ะ อยากแก้เคสเร็วๆ

account ที่โดน remove list ออก ส่งเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนไปแล้ว 
อีก account ไม่ได้ส่งเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนอะไรไปเลย ขายสินค้าได้ตามปกติ ขายได้ 6/10 ของ list แล้ว

สินค้าที่จีนทำมาที่สำเพ็ง ก็ไม่อาจนำขึ้น ebay ได้ บางบริษัท เขาต้องการแบ่งแยก ร้านค้า online กับ offine แบบไม่ให้ตัดราคากัน คนขายบน ebay ต้องทำสัญญาก่อน เช่น ชุดชั้นใน victoria secret น้องบางคนขายแว่น oley ที่เมืองไทย ขายของไม่หมด ทำเว็บขาย รับ paypal  paypal ก็ปิด account เพราะคนที่รับอนุญาตขายทาง online เขาไปฟ้อง

น้องดูอย่างเสื้อ red bull บน ebay คนไทย ก็แอบชาย แต่ title เขาจะเป็น Krating Dang น้องเป็นนักขายหน้าใหม่ ไปขายตาม หน้าเก่าไม่ยอมให้น้องบนสนาม หรอก ไป report ebay หากน้องไม่ได้ account คืน ต้องทำใจ ถ้าเป็นเสื้อมีลิขสิทธิมันจะมี R แล้วมีเครื่องหมายวงกลม หมายถึง copy right

ดังนั้นจะรู้ว่าอันไหน มี VERO ให้เข้าไปที่ Help มันจะบอกสินค้าที่มีลิขสิทธิ ที่ไม่สามารถขายบน ebay ได้ ถ้าขาย จะต้องเป็น used และมีใบเสร็จ

RED BULL เป็นหนึ่งในนั้น

ต้องสละเรือแล้วค่ะ
case นี้ของน้อง Ebay ไม่ตอบค่ะ ว่าคนอื่นๆเค้าพิสูจน์กันอย่างไรว่าของจริง ร้านอื่นๆเค้าส่ง manufacturing invoice ให้ได้อย่างไร เพราะมันไม่มีทางที่ทางผู้ผลิตจะให้ invoice เพราะร้านอื่นก็ dropship เหมือนกัน (ดูจากคำพูดคือเค้าก็อปมาเลย น่าจะมาจากร้านเดียวกันด้วยซ้ำ)   รอมาวันที่ 4 แล้ว  
พอตอบมาคือ MC999 ตามนี้ค่ะ เค้าตอบไม่ได้ ก็ไม่ให้ขายละ จบ
ห้ามเถียง ห้ามถาม ทำตามอย่างเดียว
