ใช้แล้วครับ มันจะถามว่าคุณมี account อยู่หรือปล่าวถ้าไม่มีก็เลือก create account ใหม่

จำไม่ได้นะครับว่าปีต่อไปเท่าไรแต่จำได้ว่าแพงเอาเรื่องอยู่เหมือนกัน แต่ไม่ต้องห่วงหรอกครับถ้าจะเอามาทำเว็บปั่น ไม่โดน deindex ก่อน10เดือนก็ถือว่าเก่งแล้วครับ
