ช่วยอธิบายการของRefundในEbayให้หน่อยครับ

คือผมสั่งของไปทางผุ้ค้าแจ้งมาว่า
เขาส่งออกของมาวันที่ 22 Oct ของใช้เวลาส่งไม่เกิน 2อาทิตย์ จะถึงที่
ถ้าวันที่ 5 Nov ของยังไม่ถึงให้ Mailไปแจ้งเขาเพื่อ Resend หรือ Refund
ผมก็เมล์ไปแล้วแต่เขาไม่ตอบ พอผมจะไป Feedback Nagativeเ ขา
ปรากฏว่าทางEbayแจ้งมาว่า This user is no longer registered on eBay
ผมก็งง ว่าเขาปิด Account ไปเหรอ ก็เลยกดไปดูที่หน้าสินค้าที่ผม Bidชนะมา
ก็ขึ้นว่า This listing (120482092210) has been removed, or this item is not available.

ทีนี้ผมจะทำการขอ Refund ยังไง อะครับ
คือไม่รู้วิีธี Refund เลยอะครับ ต้องติดต่อผู้ค้าด้วยรึเปล่า

ลอง เข้า http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ResolutionCenter
แล้วดูว่ามีให้จัดการกับ item นั้นหรือปล่าวครับ

ถ้าไม่มี login เข้า paypal แล้วไปที่ Resolution Center

หรือ payment sent-->click เข้า Transaction Details เลื่อนลงมาเกือบล่างสุด หา resolution center แล้วเข้าไปแจ้ง
Item dispute: I did not receive an item I purchased or the item I received is significantly not as described.

ผมติดต่อ ผุ้ค้าทาง Emailแล้วถ้าเขาไม่ตอบกลับผมภายใน 1-2วันผมก้คง refund

  เข้าไปเปิด dispute ใน paypal ไว้เลยคะ
กรณีที่ขึ้นว่า This user is no longer registered on eBay
นั้นหมายถึง ผู้ขายโดนอีเบย์แบนไปแล้วค่ะ
โอกาสได้ของยากค่ะ รีบไปเปิด dispute ไว้ก่อนเพื่อขอเงินคืนคะ

ถ้าเค้าไม่แสดงหลักฐานว่าส่งสินค้ามาแล้วภายในวันที่ 20 ก้ได้เงินคืนครับ  เค้าให้เวลา คนขายชี้แจงถึงวันที่20

แล้วเงินจะกลับเข้ามาใน Paypal เหรอครับ หรือกลับเข้ามาผ่าน E-Shopping Card ของ K-Bank ที่ผมใช้อยู่อะครับ
