คงถามเขาไปว่าทำไมคุณถึงใช้ promocode ของคน US ไม่ได้ใช่ป่าวครับ 

เขาน่าจะตอบกลับมาว่า  promotion อะไร ที่คุณไม่ได้เข้าข่ายที่จะได้รับ  คุณก็ไม่ได้สิทธิ์ตัวนั้น  แต่เขาใช้ถ้อยคำที่ค่อนข้างสุภาพและเป็นทางการมาก ๆ  ตอบกลับมา

ลองถามว่า code ที่คุณต้องการใช้ทำไมใช้ไม่ได้ดูสิ
