ทำไมอันสุดท้ายเปอร์เซนต์มันต่ำมากค่ะ เพราะเราส่งและใส่แทรกตลอดค่ะ แล้วเราใส่ carrier เป็น Thailandpost ทั้งหมด  ถูกต้องรึเปล่าค่ะ ช่วยแนะนำหน่อยค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ

ตรงนี้็ก็เคยสงสัยแบบน้องขอสรุปแบบคร่่าวๆแล้วกัน หลังจากถาม CS ebay ก่อนหน้านี้

1 ต้องถามน้องก่อนว่า Trace ที่ใส่เป็น trace ที่ถูกต้องหรือเป็น trace ที่เรา make ขึ้นมา หรือ ผสมๆกัน
trace ของไปรษณีย์ ตัวเลขเขามีวิธีคิดคล้ายกับตัวเลขบนบัตรเครดิต มันไม่ใข่ ตาม running number
ลองขอ sticker trace_no ของไปรษณีย์มาหนึ่ง แผ่น จะเห็นความแตกต่าง

สมมติพี่ขายได้ 100 รายการลูกค้าเบี้ยวไม่จ่ายเงิน 1 รายการ ดังนั้น Tracking uploaded and validated by carrier จะเป็น

1) Ebay ควรจะคำนวณ Tracking uploaded and validated by carrierจาก รายการที่ขายได้จริง ไม่ควรนับรายการที่ลูกค้าเบี้ยวไม่จ่ายเงินหรือ ลูกค้าขอยกเลิกรายการสินค้า หรือคนขายขอยกเลิกรายการ  
ไม่ควรถูกคำนวณมาใส่ใน ค่าที่น้องสงสัย  

กรณีนี้หมายถึงประเทศปลายทาง scan trace ของเราทุกรายการ

สิ่งที่พี่ถาม ebay คือค่าที่น้องสงสัย มันคิดจากอะไร และมันคำนวณแบบ real time หรือเปล่า
CS ก็ดีเอาคำถามพี่ไปถาม specialist ให้ ค่านี้มันไม่ได้คำนวณแบบ real time จะช้ากว่าของจริง 1 วัน

Tracking uploaded and validated by carrier

หมายถึงประเทศปลายทางเขา scan trace_no ของน้องเข้าไประบบ

Ebayออกกฎแต่มันก็จะมีบาง cases ที่  ทำให้ ค่า tracking uploaded and validated by carrier ต่ำไม่ใช่ความผิดของ
Seller เช่นประเทศปลายทางยังไม่ scan track เข้าไป บางที trace_no สติกเกอร์หลุด หรือ scan ไม่ได้
ที่ ebay มีตรงนี้ เพราะทราบปัญหาว่ามีการใส่ trace ปลอมเข้าไป

It can be any scan within the delivery process, including the final delivery scan as long as it is within your evaluation period.

ตอนนี้ใครดู defect rate ไม่เป็น ต้องปรับตัวแล้วนะคะ

ค่าที่จขกท สงสัยมันสามารถออกรายงานได้ แต่ละเดือน ถ้าว่างลองไปเช็คดูแล้วกัน

ไม่ใช่ค่ะ ควรใส่ตามจริง หากน้องส่งชองโดยใช้ไปรษณีย์ไทย ค่า carrier เป็น Th
Usps เขาต้องใช้เลขจริง เมื่อใช้บริการเขา delivery date จะโชว์บน ebay โดยอัตโนม้ติ
