ตามรูปเลยครับผม
email ไปแจ้งพร้อม เลข id PP-000-000 ของ paypal ที่จำกัดเราแล้ว
แต่ไม่รู้จะ ปลดล็อกให้เราเมื่อไรหรือว่าทำอย่างไรบ้างครับ ผมก็ ลองๆ ส่งดูครับ

ผมเป็นบ่อยมาก มี 2 วิธีครับ
1. แก้ตามที่มันให้แก้นั้นแหละ อาจจะเพิ่มบัตร หรือ ยืนยันอะไรชักอย่างมีบอกอยู่หน้าเว็บนั้นแหละครับ
2. โทรหาเจ้าหน้าที่ ขอสายพนักงานที่พูดไทย ใช้เวลาปลดล็อกแป๊บเดียวเอง

แก้ได้ส่งเอกสารให้ครบครับแล้วก็โทรไปที่ Singapore วันธรรมดานะครับเค้าจะปลดให้อย่างไวไม่มีไรต้องเครียดครับ

ของผมใช้ acc ของประเทศ usa อยู่ครับ ตอนโดนลิมิตก็ส่งเอกสารไปตามที่เขาต้องการ

เขาจะมีลิสไว้ว่าต้องการอะไรบ้าง พอส่งครบ ก็รอรีวิวประมาร 24 ชั่วโมงครับ หากโชคดีก็ได้ปลดลิมิตเลย

แต่ผมซวยหน่อยโดนขอเอกสารเพิ่ม จำได้ตอนนั้น ยากตรงที่เขาขอ ภาพถ่าย bill อะไรก็ได้ที่มีชื่อและที่อยู่จริงใน USA ของเรา

โชคที่ดีผมชอบสั่งสินค้าส่งเข้า shipping ไทยใน usa อยู่แล้ว เลยได้บิลมาไม่ยาก และเรื่องทั้งหมดจบลงด้วยดีครับ

UPDATE : ได้รับเมล์ตอบมาแล้วครับ แต่บัญชีก็โดน limit อยุ่ปวดตับเลย
