Here's an example: web sites 1, 2, 3 and 4 all link to the web sites A, B, C and D. Although A, B, C and D don't link to each other, search engines think that A, B, C and D are related to each other because the same web sites link to them:

Websites can be related without a direct relationship

If A, B, C and D are all linked from 1, 2, 3 and 4 then they might be related to one another, even though they don't directly link to each other. If A, B, C and D are all linked by many other websites, they have a strong relationship. The more sites link to A, B, C and D, the stronger the relationship.
If your web site is web site A, you should make sure that web sites B, C and D are related to your site.
Google might think that your site is about gambling

Suppose you have a web site selling shoes. If the link to your website is on a website that mainly links to gambling sites then search engines might think that your web site is related to gambling.
Search engines look at the linking pages and they check which other sites are linked by the same site. If the other linked pages are gambling sites then it's logical that your website will be seen in a "gambling" context.
In that case, it might be difficult to get high rankings for "shoe shop" related keywords.

ถ้าเราเป็น เว็บ A ทั้ง ๆ ที่เราไม่ได้ link ไปหา B,C,D เลย google ก็อาจมองว่าเรา เกี่ยวข้องกับ B,C,D ได้ เพราะ link ที่เข้ามาหาเรา ชุดเดียวกับ ที่เข้าไปหา B,C,D  ดังนั้น ถ้า มี B,C,D เป็นเว็บไม่ดี หรือ ผิดกฏหมาย หรือ การพนัน ก็อาจทำให้ เว็บเราพลอยโดนจัดอันดบตกไปด้วยก็ได้ ...

ตามความเข้าใจของผมนะ คือเค้าบอกว่าให้เราทำ Backlink จากเวปไซด์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกันเนื้อหาของเวปเรา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการค้นหา เพราะว่าถ้าเราทำ Backlink จากเวปที่เนื้อหาไม่สอดคล้องกับเวปเรา เวปของเราอาจถูกจัดกลุ่มไปอยู่ในกลุ่มเดียวกับเวปที่มี Backlink มาเรา ซึ่งทำให้เวปของเราถูกค้นหาด้วย คีย์เวิร์ดที่เราไม่ต้องการ เช่นร้านขายรองเท้าถ้ามี Backlink จากเวปการพนัน เวปของเราก็จะอันดับไม่ดีในคีย์ ขายรองเท้า
สรุป เค้าอยากให้เราสร้าง Backlink จากเวปที่มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับของเรา เพื่อเพิ่มอันดับการค้นหา

สมมุติว่า Website 1 2 3 4 เป็นเว็บ Submit พวก Pligg หรือ Network ส่วนตัวขึ้นมาล่ะ..
เว็บทั้งหมด ( A B C D ... Z ) ที่เว็บใน Network ยิงลิงค์ไป Google จะมองรวมว่าเป็นเว็บที่่เกี่ยวข้องกัน... หรือเปล่า?
