ตอนนี้ certified hosting ล่มใช่ไหมครับ หรือผมโดนแบนครับ

เพื่อนผมหลายคนซื้อ ช่วง black friday ก็ได้ ip ชุดที่มีปัญหานี้ครับ ส่วนตัวผมก็ ip ที่มีปัญหาเหมือนกัน
ไม่ทราบว่าขอให้ทาง โฮสเปลี่ยน ip ชุดใหม่ให้พวกเราได้ไหมครับถ้าไม่เปลี่ยน ก็หมายความว่าหลายชีวิตที่ซื้อกับเขา
จะไม่สามารถใช้ ip ชุดที่มีปัญหานี้ได้

ได้ครับ มีสองรายที่เจอฝรั่งจัดหนักโฮสเลยอืด เลยแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนเครื่องได้ครับ

ลองดูครับ คราวที่แล้วมี สองท่านโฮสอืด ยังขอย้ายได้เลย

อีกอย่างเราใช้แพจเกต3ปีกัน ยังอีกยาวเขาน่าจะยอมย้ายให้ครับ

ตั้งแต่ซื้อตอน BFD ก็ยังๆไม่ได้ใช้งานอะไรเลย Add Domain ใหม่ที่ซื้อช่วงนั้นไว้ด้วย แล้วจู่ๆ วันนี้ก็มีเมลส่งมาว่าโดเมนเราไม่แอคทีพ เข้าไปดูใน Godaddy ก็ยังไม่หมดอายุ อีกตั้งหลายเดือน
ผมเซ็ตค่าไว้ตั้งแต่ตอนนั้นดังนี้

Server IP: 205.196.18.5
Nameserver 1: DNS1.ICERTIFIED.NET
Nameserver 2: DNS2.ICERTIFIED.NET

ไม่รู้ว่าตอนนี้ NS เปลี่ยนใหม่หรือยังไง ก็ไม่เห็นมีเมลแจ้งมาเลย แล้วจู่ๆก็บอกว่าโดเมนเราใช้งานไม่ได้ (ถ้าผมแปลไม่ผิดนะ)

ตอนนี้เข้าไป http://205.196.18.5/cpanel ก็ไม่ได้อีกครับ ทำอย่างไรต่อดี

เอาโดเมนที่ สมัคร อะครับ โดเมนหลักของโฮส

เอาไปลง wp ครับแล้วออโต้โพส วันละครั้ง ก็ได้แล้ว

เนื่องจากมันกลัว ว่าจะมีAff ปั๊มออเดอร์เพื่อเอาค่าคอมครับ ดังนั้น มันจึงถือว่าโดเมนหลักของโฮสใด ไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหว ไม่มีไฟล์ จะเข้าข่ายปั๊มออเดอร์ครับ

เจอปัญหาเดียวกันเลยอะ IP นี้เข้าไม่ได้เลยครับ แรกๆยังเข้าได้ปกติ ตอนนี้เข้าตรงๆไม่ได้ เข้าผ่าน Proxy อย่างเดียว

ของผมก็เข้าไม่ได้หลายวันแล้วเหมือนกัน
แต่เห็นมี spam comment ส่งมาที่เมล์ทุกวัน เลยคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นที่ไทยเข้าไม่ได้
ยังไงถ้าเข้าได้ก็จะได้เข้าไปจัดการอย่างอื่นได้ ฝากด้วยครับ

คุยกับ Support มันเหนื่อยมาก ตอนแรกนาย Robert Gonzalez ส่ง Ticket แจ้งเราเรื่องโดเมนไม่แอคทีฟ
เราไปตั้ง Ticket ใหม่ในหัวข้อ cPanal ไปว่าโดเมนเราปกติดีนะ แต่ตอนนี้เราเข้าโฮสท์คุณไม่ได้เลย พร้อมแนบข้อความจาก Ticket แรกที่ส่งมา
นาย Robert Gonzalez ก็ปิดทิกเก็ตและตอบกลับมาว่าให้ไป Reply Ticket ที่เขาส่งมาอีกครั้ง
เข้าไป Reply Ticket ครั้งแรกที่ส่งมา บอกว่า ตอนนี้เข้าใช้ Host ไม่ได้ เข้า cPanal ก็ไม่ได้
ตอบกลับมาว่าให้ไป เปิด Ticket ใหม่ ในส่วนของ cPanal อีกครั้ง
และล่าสุด Robert Gonzalez ก็ตอบกลับมาดังนี้
