ช่วยด้วยครับ เข้าเวปไม่ได้ครับ 403 Forbidden error

ช่วยด้วบครับเวปผมเข้าไม่ได้ครับ มันบอกว่า

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

เข้าหน้า cpanel ก็ไม่ได้ครับ ทำไงดีครับ

ลองไปเช็ค E-mail ที่ใช้สมัคร Host ดูครับว่ามันส่งอะไรมาให้หรือเปล่า

จริงๆด้วยครับ ผมควรทำยังไงดีครับ

Unfortunately, we were forced to disable the script "/home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxx.com/index.php" as it was causing high loading issues on the server. Due to this affecting all of the other accounts on the system, we had to take immediate action for the health of the server.

วิธีแก้มีแค่คุณเท่านั้นที่รู้

ลองลบเว็บทั้งหมดที่ติดตั้ง Plugin ที่ใช้ทรัพยากรณ์สูงๆออกครับ แล้วส่งเมล์ตอบกลับไปว่าแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวแล้ว กรุณาเปิดบัญชีให้ด้วย

คือว่าตอนนี้เข้า cpanel ไม่ได้ครับ รบกวนด้วยครับ มือใหม่ครับ

ถ้าเข้าไม่ได้ต้องลองคุยกับ support ครับ หรือไม่ก็ส่งเมลล์กลับไปว่าขอเข้าไปแก้ไขข้อมูลใน Cpanel  กรุณาเปิดการใช้งานให้ด้วย
