ติดปัญหาเรื่องแดง แต่เงินไม่เข้าเหมือนกันครับ

อัพเดท...วันนี้ก็ยังไม่ได้รับเงิน

มีท่านใดที่เคสเดียวกันนี้ ตอนนี้เริ่มได้รับกันรึยังครับ???

  ไม่เข้าเหมือนกัน ส่งเมล์ไปเค้าตอบกลับมาว่า รอภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ ถ้าไม่ได้ให้เมล์ไปบอกใหม่

ส่วนใครที่ยังไม่ได้ส่งจดหมายนั้น ควรจะส่งทันทีครับ ไม่งั้น อดแน่นอน

ส่วนคำแนะนำการเขียนคือ บอกถึงความจำเป็นต่างๆ เช่น ต้องจ่ายค่ารถ ค่าเช่าบ้าน มันสายแบบนี้โดนทวงทุกวัน


ถ้ามันบอกให้รับเช็คนั้น คุณบอกำไปเลยว่า amazon สามารถโอนผ่าน bankkok bank สาขานิวยอค ผ่าน routing number ถ้าไม่เชื่อ คุณไปเช็คได้ แต่เขียนให้เห็นใจ เช่น รับเช็ค สองเดือนได้ กว่าจะขึ้น อีกเป็นสามเดือน เราหมุนเงินไม่ทันพยายามนะครับ

I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having receiving your direct deposit payment.  Please be aware that while you are able to designate either savings or checking in your account settings, we do not specify on the transaction what the account type is.  All of our direct deposits, whether to a savings or checking account, are sent via ACH.  With most banks, checking accounts are ACH enabled by default, but savings accounts generally are not.

Please check with your bank to find out if your savings account is ACH enabled, and, if not, if it can be set up to receive these transactions.

มันบอกให้ เปิดใช้ ACH  และเมื่อกี้ผมโทร ไป Bank กรุงเทพ เขาบอกว่ามันไม่ต้องเปิดใช้ มันใช้ได้อยู่แล้วตั้งแต่แรก และเขาก็บอกว่าปกติใช้ถึง 5 วัน เขาก็ขอให้เรารออีกวันแล้วโทรเข้าไปใหม่ แล้วเขาจะเช็คให้ได้ว่า Amazon เขาโอนมาหรือเปล่า แล้ว Bank ที่ New York ตีกลับ หรือ โอนเข้าไทยหรือเปล่า  เขาบอกว่าช่วยเช็คกับ Bank ที่ New York ให้ได้หง่ะ
