Amazon Order ที่หายไป ท่าจะไม่ได้คืนแล้ว

ตามที่เข้าใจจากเมลล์ที่ได้รับล่าสุดเค้าแจ้งว่า  "ยอดที่เราเห็นๆมาตั้งแต่แรกของเดือนเมษากับเดือนพฤษภาน่ะมันผิด เกิดจากระบบที่ผิดพลาด"

สั้นๆคือ ยอดที่เห็นเยอะๆนะผิด ยอดที่เห็นน้อยๆตอนนี้น่ะได้แก้ไขแล้วและถูกแล้ว

ถ้าเป็นแบบนี้ ก็ ship หายล่ะครับ

ของค้างส่งก็ ราว 20 ชิ้นเป็น ทีวีซะครึ่ง แล้วก็ จับฉ่าย ปรกติอยู่แล้วอันนี้

แต่ยอด ออเด้อ ชิพ ทุกอย่างปรกติดีครับ


สงสัยว่าทำไมถึงมีปัญหากันหลายคน ใช้อะไรทำกันน่ะครับ

อยากถามหน่อยว่ายอดเดือนเมษายนที่หายนี่ เพื่อนๆได้อยู่ประมาณนี้ทุกเดือนหรือป่าว
หรือว่ามันเพิ่มขึ้นผิดสังเกต เพราะผมก้เพิ่มขึ้นมากแต่ถ้าเทียบกับเดือนพฤษภาคมมันก็ไม่ต่างกันเท่าไรนัก

I receive your Email regards on the error for balance reports. The Email indicated that right now , my balance is corrected and old report on April and May were incorrected. and the problem has been fixed...

But unfortunately, I belive that the error is not been fixed, here is the details..

April 10 :
at Eraning report, 49 Item Shipped
at Order Report , 78 Item Ordered
at tracking Id Report, 135 Item ordered and 49 Item Shipped

May 10 :
at Eraning report, 78 Item Shipped
at Order Report , 93 Item Ordered
at tracking Id Report, 155 Item ordered and 78 Item Shipped

you can see that the details that you said it was fixed and accurated, But It is totally conflict, Nothing close to Accurate Fixed at all..

With this, I would like you to show the evidence or anything related to explain me for is happening ?? I don;t blame for error, but error should not last long for over 2 months without any noticed at all.

I understand Amazon, but likewise, I ( all other associator) also need a facts, evidence to ensure that Amazon will not take advantage from what we are spend time for it.

ถ้ามัน error กันแค่คนสองคน ก็คงพอไหว นี่ error กันเพียบ แถมระยะเวลาก็เนิ่นนานมากว่า 2 เดือน แล้วเพิ่งมารู้ตัว ถ้าอย่างนี้มันจะมั่วนิ่มยอดยังไงก้ได้ ยังไงข้อมูลก็อยู่ในมือมัน ตอนไม่ให้ทำ direct ppc ก็ทีนึงแล้ว หาเงินมาให้ยังจะท่าเยอะ อย่างงี้ถ้ามาเนียนตอนปลายปีอีกทำไง พี่เจฟ (เมิง)บัดโซปปป จิงๆ

ผมก็ส่งกลับไปเหมือนกัน รอดูว่าจะเป็นไง ยอดผิดปกติ แต่ทำไมก่อนหน้านี้มีทั้งเลข order มีทั้ง link สินค้า แถมยังคล้ายๆ กับในที่ google analytics จับได้ ที่สำคัญ 2 เดือน บริษัททำการอัพยอดทุกวันด้วยแบบนี้ไม่รู้เลยเหรอว่ายอดผิดปกติ

ที่จริงมันน่าบอกมั่งดิ ว่า error ที่ส่วนไหน
เพราะที่ตรวจสอบ order ก็ตรง เราก็ตรวจสอบได้ว่ามาจากไหน แล้วไปไหน
เพราะผม tack ไว้หมด เล่นแบบนี้มันไม่แฟร์เลย อยู่ๆ ออกมาบอกมัน error นะ มันบ้าไปแล้ว

ก็ได้แต่หว้งว่า อะไรคงจะดีขึ้น
