ไม่ได้เล่น ebay ครับ แต่ลองแปลงูๆ ปลาๆ "recent account activity has raised serious security concerns" ก็ประมาณว่ามีพฤติกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีใน ebay ไม่น่าไว้วางใจครับ มันเลยอ้างว่าเพื่อความปลอดภัยต่อสมาชิกเลยขอระงับการใช้เป็นการชั่วคราวจนกว่าจะมั่นใจอ่ะครับ (ลองอ่านเหตุผลต่างๆ เพิ่มเติมตาม link มันเลยครับ ว่ามันระงับเพราะอะไรมั่ง)

อาจต้องลองไปนึกๆ ย้อนดูนิด ว่าก่อนหน้านี้ ทำไรแปลกๆ เปล่า
