ได้รับอีเมล์เตือนเรื่องจดโดเมนละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ ทำไงดีครับ

อีเมล์มาตั้งแต่ 12 มีนาคม 2555 (4 วันแล้ว) แต่พึ่งเปิดอ่าน

XXXX company may be willing to waive its right to seek the full spectrum of available remedies against you pending assurances that you will:

(1) immediately cease and desist all advertisement of goods not manufactured or sold by XXXX products on the Website, and refrain from posting such advertisements in the future; and
(2) return a countersigned copy of this letter memorializing the foregoing, and acknowledging the validity and enforceability of XXX company's trademarks

We are hopeful that this issue may be resolved promptly so that we can avoid any further legal action.  Should you fail to fully comply with the above demands and/or otherwise fail to comply with the conditions set forth in this letter within seven (7) calendar days of the date of this letter, XXX Comapny will be forced to consider other alternatives available to it, including the commencement of litigation for damages and injunctive relief against you.  XXX Company also reserves its right to seek additional remedies to preserve and protect its intellectual property rights and nothing stated herein constitutes a waiver of such rights.

สมัยทำใหม่ๆ มันไม่รู้เรื่องอะไร จดโดเมนส่วนใหญ่ก็มีชื่อแบรนด์สินค้าเกือบหมด ประมาณ 80% ที่จดไปก็ติดแบรนด์สินค้า เซ็งเลย

มีใครจดโดเมนทำ Amazon แล้วมี แบรนด์ อยู่ในชื่อโดเมนเหมือนกันกับผมไหม

เคยโดนเหมือนกัน มีทั้งเมลล์ทั้งเอกสารส่งมา
ตอนนี้ก็นิ่งไว้ๆ ครับไม่ต้องตอบอะไรมากละ รอให้โดเมน expire ไปเลย หุๆๆ
