ช่วยทีครับ ftp เข้า dreamhost ไม่ไ้ด้

ผมเข้า ftp ของ dreamhost ไม่ได้เลย แจ้ง ไปที่ support เขาตอบกลับมาแบบนี้
ต้องทำไงครับ  ใครเคยเจอบ้าง

คือปกติมันก็เข้าได้ครับ โดยใช้ user/pass นี่แหละ แต่ไม่ได้ login ประมาณเดือนกว่า ๆ
