ลง JomSocial ฟ้อง "CURL library is unavailable on this server"

ทดสอบบน notebook ครับ

ลง JomSocial (แท้) ใช้ได้ปกติ จน Enabled 2 ชิ้น คือ mod_jomsocialconnect และ mod_hellome

ที่หัวเว็บ ฟ้อง error ว่า "CURL library is unavailable on this server"

XAMPP 1.7.3 for Windows
Windows XP sp3
Joomla Version 1.5.23
JomSocial Version: 2.2.3

รบกวนผู้รู้ช่วยด้วยครับ ต้องติดตั้งตัวไหนเพิ่มครับ ? ปัญหาไม่ใช่ JomSocial ไม่ครบ แต่จริงๆ แล้ว เป็นที่ PHP ไม่ครบใช่ไม่ครับ ? / ขอบพระคุณอย่างสูง
