เหมือนจะเป็น 5 คนแล้วนะครับ

พึ่งเริ่มทำคับทำไป 5 เล่มและ เอาหนังสือใน guten มาทำ ทำปกเองอย่างเดียว อย่างอื่นก้ก้อปมา ลบหัวท้าย เช็คนิดๆหน่อยๆแล้วก้ลงเวป live 4อันละ Publishing อันเดว ยังขายไม่ออกสักเล่ม ทำมาได้ 4-5วัน

ผมใช้เขียนใน Word เอาแล้วก๊อบมาวาง หรือไม่ก็เขียนเอาใน kompozer เลยครับ
หรือถ้าอยากทำลิ้งที่สารบัญ kompozer ก็ทำได้ครับ
หรือถ้ามีข้อสงสัย ในส่วนของ amazon kindle publishing help ก็มีข้อแนะนำเรื่องทำสารบัญให้ครับลองเข้าไปดู

             ขอถามหน่อยครับ ขอเริ่มเรื่องก่อนครับ คือ
             ผมนำหนังสือเรื่อง Fairy Tales from Spain by J. Munoz Escomez
จาก gutenberg ทำเป็น kindle ขึ้น AMAZON
             ครั้งที่ 1 จากนั้นทาง amazon ก็อีเมล์สอบถามผมพร้อมทั้งคำขู่จะ terminate ว่า

ผมขอถามหน่อยนะครับพี่ ว่า แบบฟอร์ม W-8BEN ที่พี่เพิ่งส่งนี่ พี่ส่งเป็นครั้งแรกหรือ ต้องส่งทุกปีครับ เพราะผมส่งไปปีที่แล้ว หลังจากนั้นทางอเมซอนก็ลดภาษีที่ตัดประมาณ 30% เหลือ 5%
ผมขอถามนะครับว่า
1.แบบฟอร์มนี้ต้องส่งทุกปีมั้ยครับ ถ้าต้องส่งทุกปี แล้วผมไม่ได้ส่ง ผมกลัวทางอเมซอนกลับมาตัด 30%อีก
2.ภาษี 5% นี่ยังไงก็ต้องตัดใช่มั้ยครับ หรือมีทางลดหย่อนได้มั้ยครับ

1. พี่เพิ่งส่งเนี่ยค่ะ กำลังทำใหม่อยู่  ได้ข่าวว่ามันส่งครั้งเดียวนะคะ  เดี๋ยวให้ผ่านก่อนคืบหน้ายังไงจะมาเล่าอีกทีค่ะ
2. 5% อันนี้ไม่แน่ใจค่ะแต่คิดว่าใช่อะค่ะ   5% เองให้เค้าไปเต๊อะ  คิดซะว่าช่วยบำรุงประเทศอเมริกา เผื่อไทยมีปัญหาอะไร  จะได้มีเงินให้ไทยกู้เยอะๆ อิอิ  (แต่ถ้ามีอะไรคืบหน้าจะมาบอกนะคะ^^)

  เดือนนี้ทำผมงงตาแหกเลย วันที่ 20 เมล์เข้าแค่ .jp ที่เหลืออีก สองสามที่ ยังไม่มีแจ้งยอดเข้ามาเลย

ถามคุณ capueira ว่า ตอนกรอกแบบฟอร์ม W-8BEN นี้ส่งให้ใครคับ amazon หรือ Treasury Internal Revenue
แล้วไม่ต้องขอเลข SSN หรือ EIN ก่อนหรอคับ
เห็นบางเวปก็บอกว่าให้ขอเลข EIN โดยให้กรอก SS-4 (พิมพ์ได้)ส่งไปรษณีย์ไปหรือแฟ๊กซ์ไปที่  Treasury Internal Revenue
จากนั้นนำเลขที่ได้มาไปกรอกW-8BEN (ด้วยลายมือ) ส่งไปรษณีย์ไปamazon รอประมาณ 1 เดือน เขาจะmailมาแจ้งว่าได้รับแล้ว
แต่ส่วนที่หักไปแล้ว เขาไม่โอนคืน (เหมือนเขาส่งสรรพากรไปแล้ว เราต้องไปขอคืนเอง ซึ่งก็คือแบบฟอร์ม 1042s ที่ทางamazonจะส่งมาปลายปีเดือนนี้นั่นเอง)

ค่ะ  แต่ต้องส่ง EIN โดยให้กรอก SS-4 ก่อนถูกต้องแล้วค่ะ

ส่วนที่หักไปแล้ว เขาไม่โอนคืน (เหมือนเขาส่งสรรพากรไปแล้ว เราต้องไปขอคืนเอง ซึ่งก็คือแบบฟอร์ม 1042s ที่ทางamazonจะส่งมาปลายปีเดือนนี้นั่นเอง)

ใช่แล้วส่งไปแล้วเหมือนกัน  เพราะปีที่แล้วโดนหัก 30% ทั้งปี  (มาคิดๆ ดูส่วน 5% ที่หักทีหลังก็น่าจะขอคืนนแบบนี้ได้เนอะ)
