ใส่ชื่อ Main Domain ผิด ใน control panel ของ Hosgator ต้องแก้ยังไงครับ

    รบกวนด้วยนะครับ มันอัพอะไรไปไม่ได้เลย เพระว่าไม่ใช่เว็บเราครับ

ต้องแก้ไขยังไงครับ

หลังจากนั้นก็เอาคำมาต่อคำ ให้เค้าไปเรียบเรียงเอง

ง่ายกว่าเจอฝรั่งมาถามทางอีกครับ

   ที่ผมใส่ผิด เป็นตรง . น่ะครับ

ประมาณว่าตอนเข้า คอนโทรล พาเเนล ครั้งแรก มันให้ลง Create Web Disk Account  ผมดันไม่ได้ดู

เพราะมันมีมาให้แค่ . net แต่ที่จริงของผมมัน.us ไม่รู้ว่าจะแก้ยังไงดี

คุณ YAMS ครับ ผมเข้าไปแก้ที่   https://secure.hostgator.com/changedomain.php  ตามที่คุณบอกแล้วครับ summit เสร็จ ข้อความนี้ก็ปรากฎขึ้น ครับ

If you remove an addon/subdomain through cPanel, the files for that domain will remain in the Document Root. Once the domain name change has taken place, you can then move the files to the public_html directory.

This form does not register a new domain name for you. You must register the new name first, then we will simply change the primary domain name associated with your hosting.

Please note that any SSL certificate on the old primary domain name will continue to only work for the old primary domain name.

ดูในเมล์ค่ะ เค้าจะส่งเมล์มาให้ว่าเราได้แจ้งเรื่องขอเปลี่ยนโดเมนไป ไม่มีอะไรค่ะ
จากนั้นก็รอค่ะ เค้าบอกว่าจะดำเนินการให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน 12-24 ชั่วโมง
เมื่อเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วเค้าจะส่งเมล์มาแจ้งให้คุณทราบอีกทีค่ะ

  ผมต้องทำยังไงต่อครับ คือตอนนี้ยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการใด หลังจากรับเมล์เลยครับ รอการชี้แนะอยู่ ครับ

เคสนี้ผมว่า ลองติดต่อแจ้ง Support ก่อนดีกว่าว่าเราพิมพ์โดเมนผิดไป วัตถุประสงค์ที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนเพราะพิมพ์ผิดตอนสมัคร ไม่ใช่ต้องการเปลี่ยนเพราะอย่างอื่น ในกรณีที่เราขอเปลี่ยนโดเมนเพราะอย่างอื่นทาง hostgator ต้องให้คนทำด้วยวิธี export import ด้วยวิธี manual มันเลยคิดตังค์ แต่กรณีนี้ถ้ายังไม่ได้ใช้อะไรเลยแจ้งไปว่าโดเมนผิดลบทิ้งแล้วสร้างให้เราใหม่ได้เลย เค้าอาจจะยอมก็ได้ครับเราจะได้ไม่เสียตังค์ ไม่อยากให้เสียตังค์เลยจริงๆ ลองแจ้งเค้าตามที่แนะนำก่อนนะครับเผื่อโชคดี

พอดีผมต้องส่งงานพรุ่งนี้และหลังจากส่งงานก็เร่งรีบต้องปิดงาน ภาษาก็ไม่ได้ดีอะไรมาก ดังนั้นขอให้ผู้รู้ที่เก่งภาษาท่านต่อไปเป็นคนช่วยเรียบเรียงเป็นภาษาอังกฤษให้ละกันครับ  

อ้ออีกอย่างระหว่างนี้สามารถเข้า control panel ได้นะครับ ด้วย url หรือ ip อื่นๆ ที่เค้าให้มานะครับ

เมล์ที่เขาส่งมา ผมลองแปลดูแล้ว แต่ไม่แน่ใจครับ มีท่านใด เคยมีกรณีแบบนี้บ้างครับขอคำชี้แนะด้วย

ถ้าใช่ก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไรหรอกค่ะ

เมล์ฉบับแรกเค้าแจ้ง ticket มา ตามปกติของระบบของเค้าอะค่ะ

เมล์ฉบับที่สองแจ้งมาให้คุณตรวจสอบดูว่าโดเมนที่คุณจะเปลี่ยนไม่ได้เป็นโดเมนที่คุณมีอยู่ใน account ของคุณใช่มั้ย
พวก addon domain, sub domain, park domain, อะไรพวกนี้ละค่ะ
ซึ่งถ้า account คุณยังไม่ได้ไปทำอะไรพวกนี้เลย ยังไม่ได้อัพไฟล์อะไรเข้าไปเลยก็ไม่มีปัญหาหรอกค่ะ
ก็ให้ตอบกลับยืนยันเค้าเค้าไปอะค่ะว่าให้เค้าเปลี่ยนโดเมนได้

เรื่องคุยกับ support นี่ ถ้าคุยได้ก็ดีค่ะ
แต่เราเคยคุยกับเค้าว่าจะเปลี่ยนเค้าบอกคิด 5$ เราเลยไม่เปลี่ยน อิอิ

แต่กรณีคุณถ้าเป็นแบบที่คุณ qoo บอกถ้าได้ก็ดีไปค่ะ ไม่ต้องเสียตังค์ ^_^

ครับ เป็น account ใหม่ที่เพิ่งสมัครและเช่าในวันนี้ครับยังไม่ได้ทำไรกับมันเลยครับ

ตอบกลับยืนยันเค้าไปว่าให้เค้าเปลี่ยนโดเมนได้ นี่ที่ลิ้งอันไหนครับคุณ YAM ในข้อความ
