ผมใช้ Web Host For SEO  มาเกือบปีแล้วหล่ะมั้ง  ปรากฏว่า มี Down บ่อยอยู่เหมือนกันน่ะครับ 2-3 ครั้งเห็นจะได้  แต่โชคดีที่ customer service ของที่นี่ ทำงานในระดับเดียวกับ  Pair เลยครับ  ตอบกลับปัญหา ต่างๆ เร็วมากๆ   ทำให้รู้สึกเบาใจเวลา Host มีปัญหา

ถ้ามันล่มบ่อยๆ และนานๆ เนี่ยน่าจะส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงเลยนะ "รายได้หายเรียบ"
อย่างนี้ควรที่จะมี Host สำรองไว้บ้าง เอ...หรือจด Pair ด้วยเลยดี

แต่เริ่มแรก  เลือกเอาแค่ที่เดียวก่อนดีกว่ามั้งครับ ประหยัดงบ  

พอมีเงินเข้ามาค่อยคิดขยับขยาย .........

หนึ่งวันเต็มแล้วนะเนี่ยะ......มี web อยู่ทีนี่ตั้งสองตัว....เมื่อคืนกำลัง upload web ใหม่ปั๊บ...ไม่ถึง 15 นาที   เข้ามายได้แล้ว...พยามเข้าทังวัน..ก็ยังนิ่ง.... :cry:

แต่ก็ยังคิดว่าเฮีย Todd แกคงแก้ได้เสร็จนะ...หลังจากแกไขได้แล้วคิดว่าน่าจะขอโทษลูกค้า..โดยให้ Class C IP เพิ่มนะคับ...อิอิ

Well its 7 am and even with new hardware we couldn't solve the mystery.

I don't have time for alot of explanation. I just want to tell you how to overcome any sites that wont show up.

 Any site with a 38. IP will not work. we can not run two networks for some unknown reason. All of a sudden the network just wont do it. We do not know why yet. We are currentlyu running ospf protocol. We are going to attempt BGP tomorrow night after we get some rest. We hope it will work.

Ok you need to change the ip of any domain that starts with 38 - to anything but a 38.

Also, if you have set up private nameservers, you can a change the domain to yuor default nameservers or b, change the IP of the nameserver to the one the domain is on.

I know thats a real drag but its the only solution there is at the moment.

If your root domain is on the 38 IP, you can login via http://servername.optimalesolutions.com:2082 , where servername is the server you are on. Its in your ORIGINAL activation email.

If you need this info and dont know issue a ticket the support desk they will find it for you.

 I know some of you will let me have it tomorrow and thats ok, and I know some of you will cheer me on. Either way we are in unchartered waters over here. I am sometimes surprised we were able to accomplish what we have thus far. Its original and never been done before, that I am proud of. And I am proud of my people that helped me along the way.
