ทำผิดกฎ ลบแต่กระทู้ user  ยังอยู่  แถมใส่ลายเซ็นต์อีกต่างหาก  http://www.thaiseoboard.com/index.php?action=profile;u=21401

การลบ user จะทำได้เฉพาะ admin นะครับ
แล้ว การลงโทษ ลบ account ไม่ค่อยโอเค เพราะ หลักฐานการทำผิด จะหายไป
เคส นี้ แบนถาวร น่าจะเพียงพอ
