สอบถามเรื่อง Proof of Address ทำเรื่องขอขยาย Selling limit

ทำเรื่องขอ Selling limit ก็ส่งหลักฐานเอกสารพวก Proof of Identity, Merchandise ผ่านหมด เหลือแต่ Proof of Address ที่ส่งไป 2 รอบก็ยังไม่ verify สักที

สงสัยครับว่า หลักฐานที่อยู่ของเรานั้น ต้องเป็นภาษาอังกฤษอย่างเดียวใช่มั้ยครับ? หรือว่าภาษาไทยก็ได้ ส่งไปทั้ง 2 แบบก็ไม่ผ่าน
