Cancel งานใน Fiverr แล้วไม่ยอมคืนเงินมาที่ paypal

หากตั้งกระทู้ผิดห้อง รบกวนย้ายให้ด้วยครับ ผมไม่เคยโพสมาก่อน

อยากสอบถามครับว่า ผมควรทำยังไง ที่จะได้เงินคืนมาที่ Paypal
จากการ Cancel ออเดอร์ แล้วเงินก็ไม่เข้าใน Paypal รวมถึง ในช่องเงินใน Fiverr
จริงๆไม่ได้ตั้งใจกด แต่ตอนแรกไม่มีออเดอร์ขึ้น ทั้งๆที่ผมจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว โดนหักจาก Paypal แล้ว ทีนี้ผมเลยคำร้องไปที่ paypal แต่ก้ไม่มี message กลับมา
แต่เมื่อเข้าเว็บ Fiverr ขึ้นประมาณว่า Account  คุณไม่ปลอดภัยอะไรซักอย่าง ผมไม่เก่งภาษาอังกฤษ

เลยส่ง Ticket ไปที่ Fiverr เมื่อวาน แล้วก็ได้รับคำตอบว่า

When a dispute is filed with PayPal, the funds leave Fiverr's network, and your account is temporarily suspended until the issue has been resolved between you and PayPal. Filing a dispute with PayPal is currently against our Terms of Services.
Since the funds are now with PayPal, could you please communicate with PayPal regarding these funds, and keep us posted?
If you decide to close your dispute with PayPal, let us know so we can review further.

หาเบอร์โทร Paypal จาก google แล้วโทรไปหาพรุ่งนี้ตอน 9 โมงเช้านะคะ เลือกกดเมนู ตามปัญหาของคุณ แล้ว พูดว่า I would like to speak with a Thai agent  จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คนไทยรับสาย

ดูเหมือนว่า บัญชี Paypal ของคุณ โดนระงับ อยู่ให้คุณไปแก้ปัญหาตรงนี้ก่อน มีลูกค้าเปิด case หรือ เปล่าค่ะ
Fiverr ไม่สามารถโอนเงินเข้าบัญชี หากบัญชีนั้นถูกระงับ เป็นนโยบายของเขา
your account is temporarily suspended until the issue has been resolved between you and PayPal. Filing a dispute with PayPal is currently against our Terms of Services.
