ได้รับอีเมล์แจ้งจาก hostgator ว่าเว็บถูก hack

ได้รับอีเมล์จาก hostgator ดังนี้ เราต้องตอบกลับไหมคะ

Hello,

We have received complaints of malware being hosted on your site as referenced below. Upon inspection, we found that a malicious file had been installed on your account through FTP. At this point we have removed all malicious files found. Please make sure to update your password to something more secure and to scan the PC that uses this account with an updated AV and Malware scanner.

If we detect another account compromise within 6 months of this notification, we will be forced to temporarily restrict access to the account in order to protect our network. We also reserve the right to assess an Account Cleanup fee before restoring access to the account.

For security reasons, the following password was reset:

ไม่ต้องก็ได้ครับ เขาเปลี่ยน password ใหม่ให้แล้ว แต่ให้เรา SCAN PC เครื่องตัวเอง , file ที่จะ upload ขึ้นไปด้วย
ลอง upload file ผ่าน cpanel ดูครับ ดีกว่าพวก filezilla เยอะ
  ภายใน 6 เดือน เจอเรื่องนี้อีก เขาจะระงับ account นะครับ

งงมากเพราะไม่ได้ใช้ ftp มาเกือบปีแล้วค่ะ แต่ทำไมมันยัง hack ได้
