แล้วมีให้ผมกรอกรายละเอียด และแนบบัตรประชาชน ผมแนบไปแล้ว แต่ยังไม่ผ่านไม่รู้เป็นเพราะอะไร ใครเคยเป็นบ้างแนะนำผมหน่อยครับ

ที่บอกไม่ผ่านคือเค้าตอบมาว่าไม่ผ่าน หรือว่าเพิ่งส่งไปเค้ายังไม่ตอบครับ  ผมเคยโดนเพราะใส่ชื่อไม่ตรงบัตรเครดิต ส่งหลักฐานไปประมาณอาทิตย์กว่าครับถึงจะเคลีย แต่โดเมนที่ซื้อต้องไปซื้อใหม่เพราะเค้ายกเลิกการซื้อของเราที่มีปัญหา

ข้อแนะนำคือ ไม่ต้องโทรไปให้เปลืองตังครับ ตอนผมโทรไปถามนู่นนี่นั่นเราก็บอกทุกอย่างไป สุดท้ายเค้าบอกว่า ต้องรอต่อไปตอบอะไรไม่ได้เป็นงานของแผนกอื่น ... โทรไปเสียเวลา รออย่างเดียวก็ดีอยู่แล้วครับ

สาเหตุหลักๆก็คง ชื่อในบัตรเครดิตกับชื่อที่ใช้สมัครไม่ตรงกันครับ ถ้าเป็นกรณีนี้ต้องให้เจ้าของบัตรเครดิตยืนยันพร้อมแนบสำเนาบัตรของเจ้าของบัตรเครดิตพร้อมบัตรประชาชนไปด้วยครับ
