[ สอบถาม ] ท่านใดเคยขอ Refund ของ Hosgator บ้างครับ รบกวนเข้ามาหน่อย

คือผมทำเรื่อง Cancel ขอ Refund Hostgator ไป 1 plan (ผมเช่าไว้ 2 Plan) แล้วก็ได้รับเมลล์มาครั้งแรก

จากนั้นก็มีเมลล์มาอีก 1 ฉบับว่า

Thank you for your response. If you wish for me to close the old account, you will be invoiced for the 55% difference on the invoice ($157.41).

Would you like for me to proceed with the cancellation? Or do you perhaps have another domain you'd like to use on the original account so that you don't have to pay the difference in the discounted price.

ตอนนี้เริ่มงงครับ
1.สรุปว่าผมต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มเหรอครับ (หรือผมแปลผิดเอง ไม่เก่งเรื่องภาษา) 
2.ถ้าปิดแล้วจะกระทบกับอีก Plan ของผมป่าวครับ?
3.และผมควรจะตอบกลับยังไงดีครับ?

ได้คืนครับ  แต่ก็ต้องจ่ายส่วนต่าง 20% ด้วยครับผม

แล้วไปเช่าเพิ่มช่วงโปร 75% อีก 1 package
แล้วจะขอ refund package แรก??
