ช่วยด้วยค่ะ เช่า hostgator เพิ่มแล่วมีปัญหาช่วง "END OF THE WORLD SALE"

คือได้เช่าเพิ่มจาก Account เดิมค่ะ ซึ่งปัญหามีอยู่ว่า มี Invoices ที่ต้องชำระหรือพึ่งหมดอายุวันที่ "2012-11-25"
เขาก็มีเมล์แจ้งมาจากทาง hostgator ให้ดำเนินการ Invoices ที่ค้างก่อน ก็เลยไปหน้าแบบฟอร์มยกเลิกของ hostgator

พอกรอกข้อมูลครบรอประมาณ 1 วัน เขาก็เมล์แจ้งมาผ่าน Ticket แต่เราไม่เข้าใจว่า เขาพยายามบอกอะไรเรา หรือให้เราต้องดำเนินการอย่างไรค่ะ

คือเราต้องการยกเลิกเพราะของเก่าก็ "Suspended" ไปแล้ว และเราเช่าใหม่ มันถูกกว่า

ใครก็ได้ช่วยทีค่ะ ว่าเราต้องแจ้งเขาอย่างไรดี อังกฤษ ก็ translate เอา มาแบบนี้จับใจความไม่ถูกเลยค่ะ

ไม่ต้องทำอะไรครับเดี๋ยวเค้าดูแล้วจะขึ้นสถานะcancel ให้ ยกเว้นแต่หลายวันแล้วค่อยติดต่อกลับไปถ้าไม่มีอะไรเปลี่ยนแปลง

เค้าแค่จะถามเกี่ยวกับฟีดแบคว่า ทำไมถึงยกเลิก มีปัญหาอะไรกับบริการเขาหรือเปล่า ประมาณนี้อะครับ ไม่น่าจะมีอะไร

อย่าไปบอกว่าจะย้ายเพราะโปรโมชั่นใหม่ครับ บางทีมันไม่ยกเลิกให้ ให้แจ้งเหตุผลไปว่าไม่ใช้งานแล้ว สั้นๆเลยครับ
