It seems like all the history files and the log files have been removed by the hacker. No useful files are exists on the server and it should be considered as a severe attack. At this stage we will need to rebuild your server. Hope you have all the backup of your domains. We will need your confirmation before proceeding server rebuild. So please make sure that you have all the backups and let us know so that we can initiate rebuilding the server.

I am initiating the server rebuild process and it may take a few hours to get completed. We have no policies like providing compensations on issues like this but what we will be rebuilding the server free of cost in such situations and you can have a mail sent to our sales department at sales @ slhost.com to clear any kind of doubts on this. Server rebuild is a long time process and once after the rebuild the server will remain as a fresh a serve with Cpanel installed on it. You will need to upload the backups to the server after the rebuild and we will restore the same for you. Please be patient till I finish my work. I will keep you updated.

แล้วทีนี้ผมใช้ User, Password เดิมเข้าไม่ได้อีกเลย

ของผม ลองใช้คำสั่ง " Menu Security => Scan for Trojan Horses" ใน WHM เจอโทรจันมาเกือบ 50 ตัว ตอนนี้เมลล์ไปแจ้ง support ให้ลบออกให้ละ ไม่รู้ทำได้ป่ะ แต่เว็บผมก็ยังปกติ ไม่เจอโคดไรฝังเข้ามานะ
พี่ๆว่า ผมควรล้างออกให้หมดแล้วลงใหม่จาก back up มั้ยอ่ะคับ เพราะผมก็ได้เมลล์มาแบบเดียวกันเลย มันถามว่าจะให้ลงใหม่ให้มั้ย fresh VPS

      Since you have already removed the hackers file and changed the password its now recommended to update the softwares that you have installed on your websites. Or if you have the backups of all the domains we can rebuild your server to a fresh VPS. Backup is important since rebuilding the server will wipe out all the contents from your server.  Let us know if you would like a rebuild to start as a fresh VPS.

ตอนนี้เสร็จแล้ว

Step9,

Server rebuild has been completed and you can now upload the backup of your domains to the server. The current xxxxx password is " Iloveyou" (without quotes) . For tightening the security we have installed csf firewall on the server and also changed the ssh port to 7657 and you will need to use the same port to connect via ssh. Do upload the backups to the server and let us know so that we can restore the accounts for you.

โอวว เยี่ยมแบบนี้ค่อยอุ่นใจหน่อย

ช่วงนี้ slhost ของผมก็มีปัญหาเหมือนกัน แต่เปนปัญหาจุกๆจิกๆ เช่น อยู่ๆก็เข้า WHM ไม่ได้บ้าง cpanel ไม่ได้บ้าง

แต่วันนี้พึ่งเจอแย่หน่อยคือ งงว่าทำไมวันนี้คลิกเข้ามาน้อยจัง ก็เลยเข้าไปดู ปรากฏว่าเวบเข้าไม่ได้ซักเวบ

ก็เลยเมลล์ไปหา support ปรากฏว่า apache ล่มซะงั้น แถมยังส่งมาบอกว่า error restart ไม่ได้ ก็เลยต้องรอมันแก้ สรุปวันนี้รายได้หายไป 1 วัน
