แต่ผมไม่ยอมครับ ผมตอบอีเมลกลับไปเพื่อสอบถามว่าอะไรที่เขาเรียกว่าแตกต่าง และอย่างไหนที่ไม่แตกต่าง ในเมื่อโหลดหนังสือ Free Version มาดูแล้ว มันไม่มีประวัติและรูปผู้แต่ง รวมทั้งพวก Preface ทำไมเราทำใส่ไปแล้วยังโดนข้อหาไม่แตกต่าง ผมแจ้งเข้าไปว่า ผมเองคิดว่าหนังสือของผมแตกต่างแล้ว เนื่องจากเหตุผลขั้นต้น แต่หากคุณ Duncan C. เห็นว่าหนังสือของผมไม่แตกต่างจริงๆ กรุณาช่วยระบุว่าเพราะอะไร แล้วผมจะยินดีลบหนังสือทุกเล่มที่คุณเห็นว่าไม่แตกต่างให้หมดเลยโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข และขอให้ช่วยระบุรายชื่อเรื่องที่คิดว่าไม่แตกต่างมาให้หมด เพราะว่า ณ ตอนนี้ ผมใช้มาตรฐานและความเข้าใจเดิมเรื่องแตกต่างหรือไม่แตกต่างไม่ได้อีกแล้ว เพราะอันที่ผมคิดว่าแตกต่าง คุณ Duncan C. ก็เห็นว่าไม่แตกต่างซะงั้น

During a quality assurance review of your KDP catalog, we have found that you have published books that you indicated were differentiated from the free editions when, in fact, they are not. Here are some examples of undifferentiated books that you have submitted:

[email protected]] stating that you will not submit undifferentiated public domain books for sale in the Kindle Store and that you will improve the quality of all future submissions.
Upon reinstatement, we ask that you remove the unauthorized reference to the other publisher and re-submit your book for publishing. We also ask that you remove all other unauthorized references to other publishers from any other books you have published.

As of your investigation and your clarification toward the reason why you've blocked my KDP account, please do kindly find my explanation belowว
For the 2 titles you mentioned in the previous email, I've put the Biography of the Author along with the picture of the Author in the Preface and Introductory part. I believe that your free copy doesn't contain any of these information. This lead me to my first conclusion that my books are differentiated from the free versions in Amazon Kindle Store. However; if you still confirm that the books are not different, I'm willing to remove all of those titles from my account right after my account is activated again. Please note that if you still suspect some more titles on my account, you can inform me to remove them as well. I'll have to ask you to suggest the title of books that are not differentiated because I don't think that I could use my drawing line on determining whether it is differentiated or not anymore.
For the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, I do agree with your judgement. The removal of the book is acceptable and a must in this case. Anyway, I'll have to clarify myself here that I didn't mean to confuse the buyers or anything, it's just my reckless and it is totally my false.
Please do kindly reply my email as soon as you possible to do so. I'm really worried of the situation happens at the moment and I will not at all hesitate on make it right if it is really wrong.
