ผมจะยกเลิกการสั่งจ่ายเงินออกจากpaypalยังไง

คือบัญชีผมเมื่อหลายวันก่อนโดนมือชั่ว hack ไปที่นี่เมื่อวานเข้าได้แล้วเพราะว่าไปrepasswordข้อมูลธนาคารไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ เข้าไปเจอเลยมันทำการโอนเงินจากบัญชีผมเข้าบัญชีมัน โชคดีที่ผมแจ้งไปทางpaypalก่อนหน้านี้เลยlimitedไว้ที่นี้ผมจะทำยังไงก่อนดีถ้าเข้าไปแก้ limited เลยแล้วถ้าผ่านเงินจะโอนเข้าบัญชีมันเลยหรือเปล่า หรือว่าจะยกเลิกการสั่งจ่ายก่อน  รบกวนผู้รู้ตอบด้วยครับ
แล้วข้อความยังงี้หมายความว่าให้ผมส่งบิลอะไรไปครับ
