จ่ายค่าอะไรแล้วต้องทำยังไงครับ?  :-\

ผมไม่แน่ใจนะครับ ว่าพี่เต็บโดนเรื่องอะไร เพราะยังไม่เห็นมีตรงไหน บอกว่าเกี่ยวกับ trademark  แต่โดยทั่วไปส่วนใหญ่ก็จะโดนเรื่องชื่อโดเมนแบบนี้กัน

จดหมายฉบับที่1
มันบอกว่า ได้รับการร้องเรียนว่ามีการทำผิดหฏหมายซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับชื่อโดเมนที่พี่เต็บจดไป
ซึ่งตามข้อตกลง อะไรของมันนี่แหละ (ที่เราติ๊กถูกตอนจ่ายเงินนั่นแหละ เราส่วนใหญ่ไม่อ่านกัน) จะมีค่าดำเนินการ ซึ่งมันตัดกินเปล่าไปแล้ว 20 ดอล และแจ้งถึงอีเมลฉบับต่ิอไปเกี่ยวับรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม

จดหมายฉบับที่2
เป็นเนื้อหาบอกเราว่าเมื่อเกิดปัญหาเกี่ยวกับทางกฎหมายแบบนี้ขึ้น มันมีตัวเลือกให้เราสามารถดำเนินการ อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งดังต่อไปนี้

1. ติดต่อผู้ร้องเรียนโดยตรง ว่าเราทำผิดอะไร ชื่อโดเมนเรามันไปโดนอวัยวะส่วนใหนของมันเข้า โดยเราสามารถติดต่อได้ตามที่อยู่ของผู้ร้องเรียนที่มันให้มา ซึ่งก็คือ อีตา Renee Jackson อะไรนี่แหละ ซึ่งเราจะต้อง cc หรือ bcc [email protected] ในอีเมลที่เราใช้ติดต่อกับผู้ร้องเรียนด้วยเพื่อให้มันรู้ว่าเราดำเนินการติดต่อกับผู้ร้องเรียนโดยตรงแล้วนะ
2. ทำการลบ content ที่อยู่ในโดเมนนี้ออกทั้งหมด แล้วแจ้ง [email protected]
3. ตอบกลับอีเมลฉบับนี้ โดยตอบกลับ ตามข้อความที่มันบอก เพื่อเป็นการยินยอมให้มันเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวต่างๆให้กับผู้ร้องเรียน (เข้าใจว่าพี่เต็บ จด private ไว้ด้วย) เพื่อที่ผู้ร้องเรียนจะได้ทำการตรวจสอบเพิ่มเติมต่อไป

สามข้อนี้เลือกทำอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ไม่ต้องทำทั้งหมด และต้องดำเนินการภายในสามวัน

ความเห็นส่วนตัว
ข้อหนึ่งน่าจะเป็นคำตอบสุดท้าย เพราะการติดต่อผู้ร้องเรียนโดยตรง จะทำให้เรารู้ว่าปัญหาคืออะไร จะได้แก้ไขให้ถูดจุด ซึ่งเลวร้ายที่สุดก็อาจจะต้องยกเลิกโดเมนพวกนี้ไป หรือจ่ายตังให้มัน ถ้าอยากใช้ต่ิอ

ข้อสอง
ลบเนื้อหาทิ้งได้ แต่อาจจะไม่ใช่วิธีการแก้ปัญหา เพราะเรายังไม่รู้ว่าปัญหาที่แท้จริงคือชื่อโดเมน หรือเนื้อหาในโดเมน ซึ่งก็อาจจะมีรายการสืบเสาะกันต่อไป

ข้อสาม
ก็อาจจะตอบไปก่อนได้ แต่ทางผู้ร้องเรียนก็ต้องกลับมาตรวจสอบใหม่อยู่ดี เพราะชื่อโดเมนของพี่เต็บไปโดนอวัยวะมัน ซึ่งก็อาจจะต้องมีรายการสืบสาวราวเรื่องกันต่อไปเหมือนข้อสอง

ยังไงพี่เต็บลองเข้าไปดูให้ะเอียดใน agreemet ของ godaddy ก่อนครับ รวมทั้ง agreement ของ domainsbypeoxy ด้วย ผมว่ามันอยู่ในนั้นแหละ

แต่ถ้าดูแล้วยังไงก็ไม่เจอ

If so, please suggest what I have to do in order to solve this problem, I am more than happy to do any activities according to your suggestions, including immediately cancel all of of these domains.

In fact, please note that I am actually do not have any intention to do any activity that leads to the trademark infringement, so please kindly consider and suggest what I should perform to solve the problem
