ผมว่าสมัครพวก hostgator hostmonster ก็ได้มั้งครับ เพราะมันมีให้สร้าง ftp account กับกำหนด quota ได้ด้วย

แบนวิธนี่ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทไฟล์ที่คุณให้คนอื่นอัพครับ ถ้าไฟล์เป็น dvd สมมติว่าซัก 4gig คุณก็ให้คนอื่นโหลดได้แค่ 250 ครั้งเท่านั้น
