รูป Slider ไม่ขึ้นใน WP เพราะขนาดของรูปไหม ใหญ่เกินไปไหมครับ ?

ใน เมนู Slider มันขึ้นว่า

และหัวข้อใส่รูปบอกว่า Please make sure that the image size is 960px x 345px

ลองใส่รูปไม่ขึ้นแบบนี้แสดงว่ารูปใหญ่เกินไป หรือเพราะ theme ที่ใช้ไม่รองรับ Slider ครับ ?

ลองใส่รูปไม่ขึ้นแบบนี้แสดงว่ารูปใหญ่เกินไป หรือเพราะ theme ที่ใช้ไม่รองรับ Slider ครับ ?

ใส่ผ่าน plugin ตัวไหนครับ และลองปรับขนาดรูปต้นฉบับให้เท่ากับที่เค้าต้องการลองดูครับ

น่าจะเป็นที่ theme ไม่ support woocommerce ลองเปลี่ยน theme ดูครับ

ถ้าขนาดรูปไม่ได้อย่างน้อยรูปควรจะขึ้นนะ เพียงแต่ size อาจจะเพี้ยนๆ
