Unauthorized ใน Paypal เงินถูก Status:Held ครับ ช่วยด้วยครับ !!

ผมถูกโกงครับ เนื่องจากส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าที่อเมริกา แล้วเมื่อลูกค้าได้รับของก็ส่ง Chargeback initiated มาที่ผมครับ
โดยผมตรวจสอบในเวป UPS แล้วพบว่าลูกค้าได้รับของวันที่ 7 และวันที่ 8 เค้าก็เปิด Chargeback ครับ
Status ลูกค้าใน Paypal เป็น Unverified ครับ ไม่ทราบว่าเคสนี้ผมควรทำอย่างไรดีครับ รบกวนพี่ๆน้องๆ ช่วยผมด้วยนะครับ

ลองตอบ case โดยการส่งรายละเอียดที่มีผู้รับของแล้ว (tracking จาก UPS ) ให้ PayPal สิคะ เผื่อช่วยอะไรได้บ้าง......
แต่เท่าที่เคยได้ยินมา คือ PayPal มักจะเข้าข้างลูกค้า 

ยังงัย ๆ ก้อลองดูก่อนละกันนะคะ ได้ความยังงัย มาแจ้งผลด้วย จะได้เป็น case study ให้เพื่อนๆ ต่อไปค่ะ

มีหลักฐานว่าลูกค้าได้ของไปแล้วยังงี้ไม่น่าจะมีปัญหาหรอกครับ

ตอบกลับไปเลยค่ะ พร้อมหลักฐานว่าเราส่งแล้ว มันทำไรเราไม่ได้หรอก แต่จะเสียเวลาหน่อย คือต้องรอจนถึงเวลาที่เพพาลกำหนด ปกติคือเจ็ดวัน เราถึงจะได้เงินคืน
