สอบถามการตั้งค่า WP Super Cache หน่อยครับ

ถ้าเว็บไซต์มีคนเข้าออนไลน์พร้อมๆ กันเยอะๆ ค่า Expiry Time & Garbage Collection ควรใส่เท่าไหร่จึงจะเหมาะที่สุดครับ ทั้ง 2 ค่าเลยครับ แบบไหนถึงจะสมดุลกัน (รูปจากเว็บเอามาเป็นตัวอย่างเฉยๆ )
