ช่วยด้วยครับโดเมนที่จดกับ Name.com อยู่ๆ ก็โดนระงับปิดไป

อยากทราบว่าจะเอาโดเมนกลับคืนมาได้ยังไงครับ อยู่ๆก็ระงับปิดไป ไม่มีอีเมลล์แจ้งมาล่วงหน้าเลย

แต่ใน acc name.com มีหมายเหตุว่าอย่างนี้
