3.7 จะอัพเดท version ย่อยให้อัตโนมัติ อย่าง 3.7.0 ไป 3.7.1 เอง
แต่จะไม่อัพเดทอัตโนมัติถ้าข้าม version อย่างไป 3.8, 3.9

สำหรับท่านที่ hack หรือปรับ core หนักๆ
แล้วกลัวพังจะ disable auto update ก็เพิ่ม
โค้ด เลือก
define( 'AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED', true );

ที่  wp-config.php ปิดอัพเดทไว้ก็ได้
