This was simply due to the /var partition beginning to fill up and your databases were the largest ones that could be easily moved. A symlink from the databases' original location has been set up to point to the MYSQL_DATA directory so that the database will function exactly as it did before without the need to change any of your scripts or settings.

This notification is only to inform you of this change so that you know not to delete the MYSQL_DATA directory. Again, no changes are needed on your part.
