ถ้าตามนี้ You won't be able to login to phpMyAdmin until you create a Database.   มันบอกว่าคุณยังไม่สามารถล็อคอินเข้า phpMyAdmin จนกว่าคุณจะได้สร้างฐานข้อมูลแล้ว
