An account under your control was recently found to be sending out emails at a rate faster than 500 messages/hour, which resulted in the investigation outlined below. As outlined in both our terms of service (http://www.hostgator.com/tos/tos.php) and mail policies (http://www.hostgator.com/mailpolicy.shtml), the maximum number of messages an account is permitted to send is 500 per hour.

We will review the content of the messages being sent from your account; if they appear to be spam or otherwise violate additional HostGator policies, your account may not be eligible for reactication. If your actions were unintentional, the content of your messages are found not to be spam, and this incident was simply an oversight of our rules we will be more than happy to work with you in order to correct this matter. Continuing this type of mail volume on shared servers, or spamming, will not be an option.

The results of our investigation have been outlined below.

ได้อ่านอีเมลล์ที่เค้าส่งมามั้ยครับท่าน ก่อนที่จะว่าใครก็ควรจะตรวจสอบให้ดีก่อน แล้วคำพูดท่านผมว่าแรงไป

เมลล์ฉบับแรก เค้าตรวจพบการส่งเมลล์มากกว่า 500 ฉบับต่อชั่วโมง ซึ่งมันผิดข้อตกลง (http://www.hostgator.com/tos/tos.php) (http://www.hostgator.com/mailpolicy.shtml )

เค้าแค่ทำตามกฏของเค้าเท่านั้นนะ

และเค้ามีสิทธิ์ทำด้วย แค่เมลล์คุยกับเค้าดีๆ เค้าก็หาทางออกให้ท่านเองครับ

ตามนี้ครับ  เขามีกฎหมาย CAN-SPAMครับ  โหดมาก  เรื่องการสแปมล์เมลล์หรือส่งเมลล์เยอะๆ   บังคับใช้ในหลายประเทศเช่น US, UK, AU,CAฯลฯ   ถึงกับขึ้นศาล ติดคุกได้เลยนะรับ

แสดงว่า คุณไม่ได้เมล์กลับไปคุยกับเค้าถึงปัญหาเลยหรือเปล่าครับ

มีปัญหาไม่ต้องมาถามโฮสนะ....ไปถาม TSB
