เว็บไซต์ เทคอายดอทเน็ตรายงานอ้าง หนังสือพิมพ์เดอะ เซินเจิ้น อีโคโนมิค เดลี่ ว่า เว็บไซต์เสิร์จเอนจิ้นยักษ์ใหญ่อย่าง Google (Google) ฟ้องร้องเว็บไซต์ Goojje ของสาธารณรัฐประชนจีน ฐานละเมิดเครื่องหมายการค้าเพราะใช้โลโก้คล้ายกัน อาจทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดได้

โดย Goojje เป็นเว็บไซต์สำหรับหาเพื่อน เปิดตัวเมื่อปลายเดือนที่ผ่านมา นอกจากนี้ยังมีการตั้งข้อสังเกตุถึงชื่อของเว็บไซต์ ว่า นอกเหนือจากรูปลักษณ์ที่ละม้ายคล้ายกันแล้ว ความหมายของอักษร 2 ตัวสุดท้าย ของ Goojje ยังมีความหมายว่า Big sister หรือ พี่สาวคนโต ทำนองเดียวกับ Google ซึ่งอักษร 2 ตัวท้าย มีความหมายว่า Big brother หรือ พี่ชายคนโต
