สวัสดีค่ะ

ขอปรึกษาเพื่อนๆหน่อยนะคะ ถ้าเรื่องราวยาวไปหน่อยก็ต้องขออภัยด้วยค่ะ

ประมาณ 3-4 อาทิตย์ก่อนลูกค้าเวียดนามมาจ้างเราทำงาน wedding animation
เราเลยสมัคร paypal เพื่อรับเงินมัดจำและ หวังเก็บเงินส่วนที่เหลือเมื่องานเสร็จด้วยวิธีนี้เช่นกัน

เราออกinvoiceเก็บมัดจำ 50USD ไปให้ลูกค้าและเค้าก็จ่ายมา มีเงินเข้าในบัญชี 1600 กว่าๆ
แต่คิดว่าเนื่องจากการสมัครใช้งานครั้งแรกบัญชีจึงโดนลิมิตเพื่อเช็คหลักฐานยืนยันก่อน
เรายื่นID หลักฐาน บัตรเครดิต(เราใช้ k web shopping card)หลักฐานยืนยันที่อยู่
ยื่นไปครบทุกอย่างที่มี เหลือแต่ หลักฐาน shipping ที่ยังไม่มีจะมีก็ต่อเมื่องานเสร็จและส่งไปให้ลูกค้า

ระหว่างที่ dealงานกับลูกค้าคู่นี้ก็รูสึกว่าเค้าแปลกๆเหมือนกันค่ะ ส่งงานในตรวจตลอดทุกขั้นตอน
แต่พอเห็นงานที่เสร็จแล้วก็บอกว่าอยากได้งานอีกสไตล์ขึ้นมา เราก็ชี้แจงว่าใกล้วันงานมากแล้วต้องเผื่อเวลาส่งอีก
เวลาแก้2-3 วันไม่พอที่จะเปลี่ยนสไตล์ทั้งหมดและทางเค้าเองก็ approve ตั้งแต่ตัวการ์ตูน storyboard
ภาพประกอบทั้งหมดด้วยตัวเองไปแล้วเค้าก็ว่าเข้าใจ และตกลงยังเอาแบบเดิม
แต่ให้เราแก้ไขการ์ตูนและสไลด์รูปบางส่วนอีกครั้ง

พอแก้ไขเสร็จก็บอกทางเมลล์ว่าโอเคจะโอนตังให้หลังจากเค้ากลับถึงบ้านเห็นว่ากำลังเดินทางอยู่ต่างประเทศไม่ค่อยสะดวก
เนื่องจากบัญชีเราโดนลิมิตเลยให้เพื่อนที่มีบัญชีpaypal ส่ง invoice200 USD ส่วนที่เหลือไปให้แทน
คิดว่าพอลูกค้าจ่ายตังค์เราค่อยส่งของและเอาหลักฐาน shippingยื่น paypal อีกครั้ง

แต่ผ่านไป 2 วันเค้าก็บอกว่าแม่ไม่ชอบและจะไม่จ่ายตังค์ส่วนที่เหลือ ขอโทษด้วย
เราก็บอกไปว่าเค้ามาให้เราทำงาน เราก็ทำในส่วนของเราเสร็จแล้วเค้าก็ต้องจ่ายค่างาน ค่าเวลาเรามา

เมลล์ตามอยู่ 3 เมลล์เค้าก็เงียบไป
ตอนแรกเราก็โกรธมากๆ ที่มาเร่งๆๆงานแล้วก็ทิ้งกันอย่างนี้ แต่ตอนนี้ทำใจได้พอสมควรแล้วค่ะ ต่อไปต้องทำให้รัดกุมกว่านี้

อยากสอบถามเพื่อนๆว่าจะทำยังไงให้บัญชี paypalกลับมาใช้งานได้อีกครั้งคะ
เพราะหลักฐาน shipping ที่ paypal ต้องการคงไม่มีให้แน่ๆแล้ว  รบกวนด้วยนะคะ

แต่สามารถใช้หลักฐานอื่นที่เป็นหลักฐานว่าเราส่งแล้ว

เพิ่มความชัวและรวดเร็ว โทรไปหา paypal เลยค่ะถ้ามัวแต่ส่งไฟล์ อยู่แบบนี้จะล่าช้ามาก paypal เค้าแค่อยากฟังเสียงเรา

แบบนี้คือเพพาลเข้าใจว่า เงินที่เขาโอนมาคือเงินเต็มจำนวนสำหรับงานชิ้นนี้
แต่เราต้องแฟกกลับไปอธิบายว่า รายการโอนเงินนี้คือค่ามัดจำเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้
และพยายามบอกเพพาลว่า ไม่สามารถติดต่อคนซื้อได้มานานแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะพยายามติดต่อเท่าไหร่ก็ตาม
เพราะฉะนั้นเราจึงไม่ต้องส่งสินค้า และ เงินที่ได้รับมาก็ไม่ต้องคืน ขอให้เพพาลเข้าใจจุดนี้ด้วย

หากคุณแอนอยากให้เขียนภาษาอังกฤษให้ PM มาได้เลยค่ะ
จะแนะนำการ fax online, และการแฟกหรือโทรหา paypal ก็ได้
