godaddy unlock แก้อย่างไรดีครับ

พอดีใช้ การตัดผ่านระบบ kbank ที่สมัครผ่าน kbank แบบ k web ซื้อของบนเว็บได้
แล้วทีนี้โดน unlock ให้ยืนยัน ไม่รู้จะส่งอะไรไปยืนยัน

เพราะว่า kbank ไม่มี รหัสบัตร ต้องไปทำที่เว็บถึงจะรหัสไว้ตัดผ่านระบบ

ส่งบัตรประชาชนยืนยันก็ไม่ผ่าน

ใครประสบปัญหาแบบนี้ บ้างแนะนำข้าที
