Hi,
This error can occur for a couple of reasons.
1. You are not CLICKING the "Ok" button when the prompt appears that
says
"Click Ok to display generated keywords". Instead you are hitting
Enter
on the keyboard or something similar. You need to make sure to
mouse-click on that "Ok" button in order for the keywords to appear.
2. You have a Windows firewall enabled that is preventing HyperVRE
from
connecting to the Google Keyword External Tool. If this is the case,
please remove the firewall while using HyperVRE.
3. You are on a slow internet connection, or there is a minor
connection
issue with your ISP and Google's site tool. If this is the case, then
I
recommend you go directly to an alternate keyword suggestion tool,
located
on the web at
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal 
At this link, you can find keywords and then download a file with all
of
the keywords located in it.
