2) Then change the
www.example.com 
to your URL.
3) Then upload the file into the public area of your website so you can access the page through a Web Browser.
4) Now, go to the page in a browser and you should have some graphs shown about your site, and the page being refreshed every 2 seconds. Keep this running for as long as possible. Make sure that you have the Alexa Toolbar installed or it won’t work.
