อยู่ๆบัตร Be1st ก้อตัดเงินไม่ได้ครับ

ใน Accout ขึ้นข้อความว่าแบบนี้ครับ
Payment Notification: The credit card ending in 'XXXX' for Account 'XXXX' [XXXXXXXXXX]could not be charged.
โดยปกติพอกดใส่เพิ่มเงินเข้าไปใหม่ก็ได้ไม่มีปัญหา แต่คราวนี้พอใส่เงินเข้าไปใหม่มันก็ส่ง Email มาแบบนี้ครับ
โดยทาง YSM ส่ง EMAIL มาแบบนี้ครับ

คือตอนนี้ Accout ผมใช้ชื่อตัวเอง แต่ใช้บัตร Be1st เป็นชื่อแฟนน่ะครับ ( ใช้มาครึ่งปีแล้วครับ )
ต้องทำยั้งไงบ้างครับ ต้องกลับไปทำบัตร Be1st เป็นชื่อตัวเองรึเปล่าครับจะได้ไม่มีปญหา
