We recently reviewed your site and find your use of the Amazon.com style and logo concerning. Essentially, by using a modified Amazon.com logo at the top of the page and the style and colors of the Amazon.com website, you could confuse customers about the relationship between your store and Amazon. We try to prevent this through specific requirements in our Operating Agreement. Please review sections 4 & 8:
4. Advertising fees
In addition, you may not:… (e) take any action that could reasonably cause any customer confusion as to our relationship with you, or as to the site on which any functions or transactions (e.g., search, order, browse and so on) are occurring.
8. Identifying Yourself as an Associate
In addition, you may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, or express or imply any relationship or affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by this Agreement).

Within 72 hours, please remove the Amazon.com image at the top of your Web site and change the prominent blue and orange colors, and notify us once you have done so. If we do not hear from you, we will have no alternative but to close your Associates account and withhold payment of all advertising fees in accordance with the Agreement.
