AdSense Account Strategist (Thai) - Singapore
This position is based in Singapore.
We have an immediate need for a team player to help us represent the Singapore and Thailand AdSense publisher base and their product needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Google and a commitment to providing customers with the best possible experience, as well as a passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics. This person will act as the primary point of contact for our internal teams regarding feature improvements and publisher issues and will work with Google's product, engineering, and AdWords teams to share customer feedback and help to prioritize the AdSense product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
* Manage AdSense projects and communicate issues across teams and products.
* Support the launch of new AdSense product features.
* Provide verbal and written feedback to Product Managers, representing the AdSense Online team and publishers.
* Employ creative solutions to improve workflow, customer support, policy and procedures.
* Actively solicit feedback in regards to product needs and enhancements.
* Collect and analyze data to support feature prioritization lists and product roadmaps.
* Troubleshoot feature problems and escalate bug reports.
* Be the cross-functional champion of AdSense publisher needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree.
* At least 3 years account management or client service experience required.
* Self-directed, motivated, and driven performer.
* Outstanding internal and external communication skills.
* Ability to solve problems or handle crisis situations quickly, inventively, and resourcefully.
* Naturally inquisitive and self-sufficient research skills; excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to develop fact-based understanding of problems and design, implement, and follow through on action plans.
* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
