About Payment System
Total Earnings is the aggregated sum of earnings for all accepted videos.
Paid Total is the aggregated sum of money that has been paid to you in previous months.
Unpaid Balance is the difference between your Total Earnings and your Paid Total.
Metacafe pays for activity in the prior month, provided it totals at least $100, by the 10th of next month. Once Metacafe transfers the funds, a transaction record will appear in your payment log on Metacafe. If you do not have a record for the transaction in your payment log after the 10th, please contact us at
customersupport@metacafe.com. It could take as many as 14 additional working days before you'll see the money deposited in your account due to bank policies. If you don't see the money deposited in your account by the 20th of each month, please contact Payoneer at
support@payoneer.com.
