      You are getting those error because RAM on your server is not sufficient enough for your server to run smoothly. I checked it and I could see numerous failcounts for the memory. I strongly suggest you increase the RAM in order for the smooth functioning of VPS, else you may experience frequent high loads and service hangups. Take a look at the table below, note the failcounts on the extreme right.

Hello,
     Failcount occur when any of the server resources hits the limit of the amount of that resources allotted for your server. In your case 'privvmpages' parameter, which is the RAM, is hitting its limits, which means that your server requires more than RAM it has now. Other than a RAM upgrade there is nothing that we can do to avoid those failcounts, other than removing domains from your server.

เขาบอกว่า failcount จะเกิดขึ้นก็ต่อเมื่อเราได้ใช้ resources ของระบบจนเต็มจำนวนแล้ว มันก็จะสร้างขึ้นมา อะไรทำนองนั้น ซึ่งหมายความว่า server ต้องการ RAM เพิ่ม นอกจากการอัพเกรดแรมแล้ว ก็ไม่มีวิธีไหนจะแก้ปัญหานี้ได้ นอกเสียจากจะเอาโดเมนออกจาก server (เพื่อลดการ load)

ก็ถามไปว่า เรื่องไปถึงไหนแล้ว ก็รอประมาณอีกเกือบ ชม. เห็นมีเมลมาแจ้งเป็นระยะ ๆ ว่ามีการ restart vps สงสัยเขากำลังซ่อมอยู่ สักพักก็มีเมลมาบอกว่า

We had tried to increase the memory limit in php.ini but we couldn't extract the results as expected. Now, we have tried to add an extra line in the .htaccess file to increase the memory particularly for a single domain(hxxp://เว็บป๋ม.com/) in which we have tried and had brought success. You can refer the following link for the statement we have included in .htaccess file

hxxp://drupal.org/node/76156 (the statement is php_value memory_limit 12M on top of all other statements)

And the domain hxxp://เว็บป๋มcom/ now works fine, please edit the .htaccess files of other php based sites by yourself and it will work. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

The fail count in memory was very high which you may still check via virtuozzo, that is why we told you to upgrade RAM as this would also be helpful not only in the case of php, but also other service of your server. So, RAM upgrade was definitely needed, now since you have upgraded RAM, we have tried to increase the memory limit in php.ini, which would increase the memory limit for all files accessing php server wide. But since that did not seem to work we tried to explicitly increase the memory for each domains by editing in the .htacess which is what we have informed to you.

I really really unhappy with this. I still believe there must be something wrong in the VPS since using the .htaccess method working so it means that the php.ini setting has separate with domain's setting. You have to research this not me!

I see why you don't have support forums since you don't want your customers' complains to be heard by the others.

Since we are not aware of the script you are using we can not tell you like any specific thing is need to be enabled. However yo will need to check this matter with your developer and will need to update us for enabling or disabling any modules or any other settings in the config. We just suggested you that the current issue can solved by using such htaccess what we mentioned in our last reply and I can see that the settings in the cofig can not be increased more since these are already set to a maximum. To know more on this you will definitely need the help of a developer. The scripts may have errors like these are not well optimized and may chewing up more memory when executing the same. We can not tell yo more on this since we are not providing support on scripts.

คราวนี้บอกประมาณว่า กรูไม่รู้ครับ มันอาจจะเป็นที่ Script ก็ได้ คุณไปติดต่อผู้พัฒนาสคริปต์เองนะครับ ไม่รู้จะตอบยังไงอีกแล้ว = =a


เป็นงั้นไป เง้อ เหนื่อยใจกับ SLHost จริง ๆ เลย เพราะว่าแก้ .htaccess ให้ memory_limit เป็น 12M แล้วใช้ได้ แต่ใน php.ini มีตั้ง 128MB ดันใช้ไม่ได้ แสดงว่าต้องมีอะไรผิดปกติแน่ ๆ แต่มันมาทิ้งให้ผมรับแทน งงกับมัน หาว่าสคริปต์ผมมีปัญหาต่างหาก กร๊ากกก เอากับมันสิ (ถ้ามีปัญหาทำไมแก้ได้โดย .htaccess? ก็แสดงว่าค่าใน php.ini มันไม่ apply สิถึงจะใช่)



สุดท้ายแล้ว ก็ได้พึ่งเจ้าพ่อ twitter อย่างพี่ sugree ให้ช่วยอีกครา (คราวก่อน ๆ โน้นช่วยแก้ปัญหาเรื่องเว็บบิด) ก็งมกันสองคนอยู่สักพัก ก็พี่เขาก็แนะำนำให้ดูใน path ที่ include ดู ก็ปกติดี ดูไปดูมาแล้วก็คิดออกว่า ไปใส่ 128MB แทนที่จะเป็น 128M คือ MB กับ M มันไม่เหมือนกัน php ไม่รู้จัก MB รู้แต่ M กับ K อะไรทำนองนั้น เลยลองใส่เป็น 128M ก็ปรากฏว่า











แต่นแต๊นนนนนน!!!!

ตกลงว่าเป็นเพราะ MB จริง ๆ Support ดันเว่อร์ไปโน่นนนน เซ็งกับมัน จ่ายเงินอัพเกรดไปแล้วด้วย แป่วววววว

ก่อนอื่นขออธิบายข้อความ error ก่อน:

ผิดพลาดขั้นร้ายแรง: หน่วยความจำขนาด 262144 bytes ที่อนุญาตไว้ในการทำงาน ถูกใช้ไปหมดแล้ว (พยายามที่จะจอง "เพิ่มอีก" 4864 bytes) ในแฟ้ม ....... บรรทัดที่ 1074

มันพยายามจะบอกว่า ก่อนหน้านี้เนี่ย มีการขอใช้หน่วยความจำไปแล้วจนเกือบเต็ม 262144 byte (น้อยกว่านิดหน่อยครับ)
แล้วมีการขอใช้เพิ่มอีก 4864 byte แต่พื้นที่หน่วยความจำที่เหลืออยู่ (ตามที่อนุญาตไว้) มีไม่พอให้ใช้



memory limit ไว้จำกัดการใช้งานหน่วยความจำ ของ "ตัวแปร" ใน PHP ครับ
เชื่อมั้ยครับว่าค่าที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเว็บทั่วไปอยู่ที่ "2M" เอง
แบ่งเป็นตัวแปรจากระบบ (พวก global variable $_SERVER $_GET $_POST $_ENV $_SESSION $_COOKIE)
พวกนี้กินอย่างมากก็ประมาณ 50 KB ครับ แล้วที่เหลือก็เป็นส่วนของการทำงานใน code ไป


สำหรับเว็บที่มีการเรียกใช้ gd library (พวก captcha อะไรพวกนี้) ควรปรับประมาณ 16-24 M
แล้วก็ เว็บฝากไฟล์.... ใช้เท่ากะเว็บปกติครับ (สำหรับส่วนของการ upload)
เนื่องจาก content ในไฟล์ ไม่ได้ถูกนำมาเก็บในหน่วยความจำครับ



ไอ้ memory limit นี่มันมีไว้ป้องกันกรณีแบบนี้ครับ

ถ้าเกิดไม่มี memory limit นี่เครื่องพังแน่นอนครับ (ใช้แรมเกิน)
กรณีปกติที่อาจจะเกิด คือเขียน script วนซ้ำ แล้วเงื่อนไขการวนซ้ำผิดพลาด
ทำให้เกิดการวนซ้ำไม่รู้จบ (infinite loop) แล้วก็จองหน่วยความจำเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ





วิธีการตรวจสอบหน่วยความจำที่ใช้ไปแล้ว
ใน PHP จะมี function ตัวนึงครับ ไว้เรียกใช้เพื่อดูว่า
ตั้งแต่บรรทัดแรก จนถึง code บรรทัดที่เรียกคำสั่งนี้ ใช้ memory ไปแล้วเท่าไหร่

เพราะผมก็ไม่รู้ว่าต้องปรับเป็นเท่าไร เนื่องจากมันไม่ใช่เวปธรรมดา และ ก็เสิร์ซหาไม่เจอ  ว่าค่าที่เซ็ตที่ดีที่สุดคืออะไร
